About the Clinic
Family Clinic Diaz & Associates is a primary care clinic located in Plano, Texas, dedicated to providing evidence-based care for patients of all generations. The clinic offers individualized, patient-centered care focused on prevention, wellness, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
We welcome walk-in patients and accept self-pay visits, with insurance plans coming soon. Our goal is to provide timely, accessible care when you need it most. Our trained and friendly staff is bilingual in English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and a comfortable experience for every patient.
Meet Your Provider
Yennier Diaz, FNP-C, is the owner and primary provider at Family Clinic Diaz & Associates. Born in Cuba, he began his path in medicine at an early age, inspired by watching his parents practice and care for patients.
He graduated from medical school in Cuba in 2009 and went on to practice medicine in both Cuba and Venezuela, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive and community-based care. After moving to the US, he remained committed to his dream of returning to medicine. Determined to continue his journey, he pursued advanced training and graduated with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner from United States University.
Prior to founding Family Clinic Diaz & Associates, Yennier Diaz gained extensive clinical experience in primary care and pulmonology, including working at Parkland Hospital through January 2026. His diverse background allows him to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans.
Yennier Diaz is dedicated to delivering compassionate, accessible healthcare to families in the community, combining international medical experience with modern U.S. clinical training to provide comprehensive and patient-focused care.
